Counterbalance valves: Specialists in dynamic and static balancing under hydraulic conditions

Counterbalance valve, a kind of valve that plays a key role in hydraulic conditions, can dynamically and statically adjust the balance of the system. It is divided into three main types:
Static balancing valves, dynamic balancing valves and differential pressure independent balancing valves. Static balancing valve: precise regulation of system flow Static balancing valve, also known as manual balancing valve, digital locking balancing valve or two-position adjustment valve, its working principle is to adjust the spool and seat gap (i.e., opening), to change the valve’s flow capacity (Kv value), so as to regulate the resistance to flow through the valve, to achieve precise control of the flow rate of the purpose. Its main role is to balance the resistance in the system, to eliminate resistance imbalance phenomenon, to ensure that the new water can be balanced in accordance with the design ratio of distribution to the branches, and the branches can be in proportion to the simultaneous increase or decrease in water. Static balancing valves are widely used in mains, risers, horizontal branches and the end of the system, and their effect is comparable to that of the same pipe.
Guidelines for the correct installation and use of balancing valves

  1. Selection of installation position:
  1. Straight pipe section installation priority:
  1. Balancing considerations for new and old systems:
  1. Avoid adjusting the opening degree of the balancing valve arbitrarily:
  1. Recommissioning in case of changes in system loops:
